Am i having a second puberty at almost 25? Or possible pregnantcy?

after almost 3mnths. now i havent came up with me own reason, help! No period for 2 months,'lite 2 day spotting once' no cramps which ushally kill me because of my tubal which was done wrong, they stretched me tubes to far, greasy greasy greasy face an hair,acne everywhere, never really have much acne before, gained a size in breast, gained 11lbs. Butterflys alot, sensitive feelings, pubic bone is tender, oh n a shocker to me, im lactating 'feel milk dropping sensation an it drips out... Negitive pregnancy test ive took about 9 over the couple months. due for a period this fri. 27th, but no cramps bloating or any of that like id ushally have, i have pretty steady periods 28 day apart. .. So ideas? All this since end of feb. 2011 today is may 23 2011 .. Been to doc. They hve no idea....
