3 day light period. spotting 3 days later?

So last wednesday, i had an early lighter than usual period that lasted for 3 days. On tuesday, i had brown discharge. Wednesday, i had light red/pink spotting. Never had this before. Since yesterday, off and on nausea and extreme fatigue. Getting sick if i dont eat and i dont normally eat a lot dp kinda weird for me. I really doubt im pregnant, i did have a period and i had a tubal ligation nearly 2 yrs ago but this is just so odd for me. Anyone else experience this? Im only 25 so not my age lol
