Yes they are. He recorded them in early 2006- late 2007 after he was accused of well, you know. 50 cent however was added into "Monster" which i don't like as I don't like 50 cent and I think Sony pimped out Michael Jackson by doing that so 50 cent could make a buck and they could make a buck and give Ke$ha's crappy album free advertising.
