Laparoscopic tubal through belly button tomorrow?

I am having a tubal ligation laparoscopically through my belly button tomorrow. They are burning my tubes, I need to know what to expect recovery wise. I have a toddler and my hubby works out of town. He is taking the day off for the surgery, bit going right back to work. Will I be back to normal withing 24 hours? Will they give me pain pills? Can I lift my toddler? Any insight would be great!
