Post Tummy Tuck question?

I had a tummy tuck with lipo this past October. The last month and a half I have been having this muscle spasm in my mid right abdomen. It honeslty feels like a baby kicking. But I know for a fact I am not pregnant. I had a tubal ligation in 09' and I have my period every month and right now TMI i know. Anybody else have this weird muscle spasm after a tummy tuck?
