Question about a tubal pregnancy?

ok my question is about my husbands sister.. ok she this is her story... she had missed her period and she started having really bad pain under her tummy.. on one of the side .. and when she went to the dr.. the dr told her you r fine nothing is wrong with u there no pregnancy and it might be just gas! and when she came home she started spotting... and much more pain... then after a day or two she went to a different dr.. and she did an ultrasound and did not find any thing in her womb.. and the dr saw a something in one of her tube.... and it has been clapesd ... if she came a little late it was a danger to her life.. so they did a Surgery ... and cut her under tummy just like a c- section ... and toke out one of her Fallopian tube.. and she is so worried.. because she was just married 1 year.. no children yet.. and she wants to know if that will happen again? and will she be able to have any kids?if there are medications to prevent this to happen again or u know any one who had this before and .. if they had kids later or not plz i need answers... sort or long.. thanx
