Tubal pregnancy? what do you think?

ok so i had my period 12 days earlier than i was suppose to. i bled like a regular period for 2 1/2 days. clots and all. after my 2 1/2 day period stopped i tooks an hpt 4 days later and got a positive but then i took 2 more hpts and (one that night and one more the next morning) they both came out negative. I have cramping in my abdomen but its not severe it doesnt bother me through out the day sometimes ill stop what im doin but it doesnt bring me to tears. I have lower back pain. my sotmach gets sick through out the day and i get headaches throughout the day. i went to the hospital this past saturday night to see what was goin on. they made me pee in a cup to check for a uti or bladder infection. the doctor order blood samples they took four. well the doctor came back in bout 30min later and said i wasnt pregnant. he said to him hpts are just as accurate as blood tests and that he only orders a bloodtest if its a medical reason. that right there didnt seem right to me that he thinks hpts are just as accurate as bloodtests so from my uderstanding he didnt do a blood pregnancy test on me. the reason i said tubal pregnancy is because im paranoid alot and i just worry alot. idk what to do any thing will help. plz dont scare me. I have faith God will take care of me. God Bless
