Will i loose,maintain or gain weight?

Breakfast: pear. Lunch: mouthful of a cheese veg savouring flap. + 2mini swedish krisprolls. Dinner: plain pickel , tamato brown bagguette. - 35min run + 1hour. Of other exersices. - I'm 5'5 f 6stone 7pounds. 19years
