Can you get pregnant after a tubal ligation?

3 years ago I had a tubal ligation after my 3rd child. I haven't had a period since around febuary. Today I had some light pink spotting but that was it. If I was ever late it was only by a few weeks. For me the possibility of being pregnant would be a blessing.. I have a new husband my ex took off after being pregnant with our 3rd child.. do u think this could be a possibility? I'm 26 I'm healthy and have always manged to get pregnant very easily.. hence 4 pregnancys and 3 live births.. we miscarried one. Please no rude comments. Thanks.
