I am 39 years old, i had a tubal ligation at 24. For the last month I have had all the sign of being pregnant ?

I have had a two day period, normally 6 days. Then on day there brown discharge. Today morning sickness to the tenth power. Took 4 hpts and one blood test all negitive. Please HELP ME FEELING CRAZY.
