Lump on my right hip-ish area/pelvic area.?

May 10th I went to an OBGYN for plan B, I got my period (thinking im not pregant). I was supposed to go back, but my battery gave out in my car and havent gotten to it yet. They were supposed to check if im pregnant/other crap. Eversince I had my daughter (1yr old) I have been feeling movement in my stomach, but this time the movement makes me have to pee. I was laying with my daughter watching a movie and felt a lump on my hip, it feels like two little balls inside of my skin. The only reason I saw/felt it was because i felt movement. I have heard of tubal pregnancy but the movement??? I have no insurance so I am looking for fast help and a way to get a ride to either the hospital or obgyn. Help and please no nasty comments about unnecessary things... Thank you.
