Anyine else ever have this?

Ok, so I got a tubal after I had my second preemie November 2010. I just had my period May 8th. The last week only at nights I have been feeling like Im going to throw up. Food doesn't sound or look good. My fiance and I have had intercourse twice since my period ended. The first time there was alot of blood afterwards and I thought I just wasn't done with my period. The second time there was a little bit of blood afterwards. I am so nervous and scared. I know it's probably nothing, but I know you can get pregnant after having a tubal and it can be dangerous. Please don't tell me go see a doctor. If it gets worse I will, but right now I just want to know if this is normal?? Thanks
