My daughters hcg levels were 2046 2 days ago but she was told shes only 4 weeks preggo, after 2 ultrasounds,?

my daughters hcg levels were 2046 2 days ago but she was told shes only 4 weeks preggo, after 2 ultrasounds,they couldn't see anything in her uterus until today, they cant hear a fetus, said she may have a tubal including a mass in her uterus, which im praying its her baby...the gynecologist has no answers yet, shes been in the hospital since saturday, most of their staff keeps telling us THEY DON'T KNOW ANYTHING YET, they don't want to empty her tubes yet because they are scared there is a baby in her uterus....im so scared for her ...plus her hcg levels keep getting higher and higher...still scared for her ...again please help
