What are the chances of getting pregnant?

I had to have my left fallopian tube removed in February 2010. I had a c-section in September at which time I had my right tube tied. Later that day my daughter unexpectedly passed away. I am having a tubal reversal on Friday. What are the chances of getting pregnant after a tubal reversal with only 1 fallopian tube?
