Can someone really get pregnant 11 years after having a tubal?

I have been doing a lot of research about this topic and there is so many different answers out there. I'm not looking for stories, just straight out answers. I had a tubal ligation 11 years ago, and the last time I had a period was around 5 weeks ago. I just need to know if there is any medical proof (or research) out there that would say it is even possible for me to get pregnant. I am also trying to find out if age plays any kind of role in the tubal failing. I seen somewhere that if the person was younger then 30 that there could be a higher failure rate.
