Vagina lump in the groin-ish area?

i have found a lump two months ago in the groin area between the inner left leg and the inner left flap and recently it has grown to the size of a marble, it sticks out and it hurts when i walk (underwear rubbage lol) so anyways ive been trying to look up what it could be but i dont know what the damn place is called where the lump is, and yes i will be going to see a doctor about it but i cant get an appointment for another 2 days cos theyre booked, so im just wondering if anyone knows what it could be?. thank-you :)
