Question about menstrual bleeding?

I had my period on June 1st...it was very heavy for a day and a half then just spotting...well i have been spotting lightly for 5 or so days ..it is only when i wipe or after sex...i am also extremely tired...i just made a ob/gyn appointment but was wondering if anyone had any thoughts..i am 30 and have 2 children also had a tubal ligation 8 years ago..
