Has anyone ever got pregnant after having tubal surgery?? love to hear?

Hi I had blocked fallopian tubes and had surgery to have them unblocked which was a success, this was 4 years ago and I still haven't got pregnant do I have any hope do you know anyone it has worked for or if it has worked for you? my son is 12 years old my tubes got blocked after having him. thanks xx
