How far are most women when they find they have a tubal pregnancy or blighted ovum?

I'm 6 1/2 weeks pregnant but it will be a few more weeks before my first sonogram. I have known for a week and im so excited but i feel like im getting my hopes up. I haven't had any pink spotting or extreme cramping but what are the chances?
