Why won't doctors believe a woman when she says she never wants kids?

I've asked 8 different doctors about tying my tubes and they all said they don't do it for a single woman in her 20s with no kids. Well I do not want kids, ever, not for any reason and I know I will not change my mind so am I supposed to keep putting foreign hormones in my body for the next 20-30 years and worrying about getting pregnant? Why don't I have a right to decide what happens with my own body? Plus at least one of these doctors is a big fat racist because I know for a fact he did a tubal for a healthy 23 year old single black woman with no kids and he told white blond me I couldn't have one.
