Will they stitch a cut on the knuckle?

I was washing a glass yesterday and it shatted with my hand in it. It left me with a nice half oval shaped cut right on my knuckle. It bled for hours and when it finally stopped.. I bent my finger and separated the flap of skin again and it began to bleed again. I finally got it stopped last night.. put liquid stitches on it this morning, and noticed it looked like it was bleeding under the liquid stitches. Will they stitch a knuckle? I dont want to go for stitches because I need all of my fingers for work, as I have a very physical job.
